The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is produced using classic winemaking techniques and modern, state-of-the-art equipment. Maceration on lees and fermentation takes place for 20 days in oak vats. During fermentation, all efforts are aimed at optimizing the extraction of the aromas of all the grape varieties included in the blend, in order to obtain that unique structure specific to this wine. The winemaking process continues with a 14-month maturation period in 225 liter barrels, followed by a long aging period of 2 years in large Krasnodar oak barrels. This allows for an elegant and balanced wine.
